(formerly Letter of Intent to the Bishop) Per the Archdiocese, this is a set of questions designed for the bishop to get to know you a little better, as well as a chance for you to state your desire to be confirmed to the bishop. Please type these out and turn them into me electronically or in paper form; do not bring or send me any handwritten questionnaires. These are due before your Confirmation Interview with Brian. |
