Outreach ::
The
Youth Ministry at Holy Angels participates in the Catholic Youth
Outreach. The Catholic Youth Outreach
program brings together youth from Holy Angels (West Bend), St. Frances Cabrini (West Bend), St. Marys (Barton), and Holy
Trinity (Newburg). The program sends
youth to different areas of the United States to do mission work.

Taken
from Youth Outreach Trip Guidelines :
We,
the Catholic Youth Outreach Committee, believe that the Youth Outreach Immersion
trips are a viable and proven way to help young men and women come to a
working understanding of Catholic Social Teaching, and indeed, to a
personal relationship with our Lord Jesus. We believe that this experience can
help make sense of the classroom teaching they have received until now,
or will receive in the future.

Immersion (or Mission) Trips
The program sends teens from the Quad-Parishes on five or more
trips during the summer. Each fall we
take signups for summer participants.
Watch the bulletin for more information as signup time
approaches. The program is open to
all high school age youth.
Pancake Breakfasts
& Fundraising
As you can imagine, the cost to send the youth on these trips
is great. There are numerous
fundraisers that the youth partake in to raise the money needed to fund
these trips. The major fundraiser at
Holy Angels is the Pancake Breakfasts.
These breakfasts are organized by HALT (The Holy Angels Leadership
Team). You can learn more about the
breakfasts here.
Another fundraiser is the Stock Sale. The Stock Sale is put on at all four
parishes involved in Youth Outreach.
Parish members can buy stock and their donations will be used to
fund the trips. In return, those who
buy stock will receive a thank-you postcard from a youth who is on a
mission trip. You can learn more
about the Stock Sale here.
