In Attendance:  David Beine, Paula Beine, Tim Briscoe, Fr. Jerry Brittain, Don Felix, Dan Hanrahan, Colleen Mas, Mike Nowack, Frank Stangl, Earl VanderWielen, Fr. Rick Wendell.

Absent:  Carol Bork-Bednarek, Sandy Lang. 

Budget 2009-2010:  Council reviewed questions that are still pending answers.  Council requests clarification with regard to historicals in the budget.  Why do the Instructional Fee amounts decrease from the 2008-2009 Budget ($90,000) to the 2009-2010 Budget ($84,000)?  Council also discussed a discrepancy of $3,000 in the Instructional Budget.  The budget will be adjusted to show the subsidy at $609,000 instead of the proposed $612,000.  Council also questioned open accounts at the school, totaling $209,000 

Budget was approved by consensus with the $3000 adjustment as noted above.
